Onsite – Monday-FridaySodexo has a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our established team working with our clients based in Macclesfield.Joining our team at their large pharmaceutical & biotechnology site, you will play an important role within the Sodexo organisation.Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role is focused on delivering world class integrated FM with oversight from senior Sodexo management and Deliver IFM ownership of designated areas, with compliance as a primary focus while delivering an excellent customer experience.The Customer Service Manager will meet the demands of customers by providing exceptional services driven by innovation within the agreed SLA and contract agreement, be a single point of contact for your business area by taking responsibility for total service delivery and ensure that all costs and expenditure are within the budgeted levels agreed between client and Sodexo and control all costs such as labour, expenses, cash purchases as agreed with the client.You will ensure that methods of preparation, production and presentation comply with Sodexo’s standards and procedures to deliver a consistent, high level of service, to the contract specification and agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets, complying with Sodexo and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH to achieve green KPI performance across the total IFM framework.The successful candidate will have an understanding of great workplaces and services to deliver quality of life to their customers.
