You will be responsible for the junior staff on the section, so good people management skills are needed. We want our Pastry Chef de Parties to be as passionate and enthusiastic about modern British food and classic desserts as we are.We’re seeking Pastry Chef de Parties with confidence and ability to support a dynamic team.
