An exciting opportunity has arisen for Litigation Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive with 4 years of experience to join a well-established legal firm, offering excellent benefits.

As a Litigation Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive, you will oversee all aspects of a case in dispute resolution department, from initial consultation to final resolution. This role offers hybrid working.

You will be responsible for:

- Manage a varied caseload of contested probate claims.
- Oversee other commercial and civil litigation matters, including professional negligence and construction disputes.
- Maintain high standards of customer care and strong billing practices.


What we are looking:

- Previously worked as a Litigation Solicitor, Litigation Lawyer, Chartered Legal Executive or in a similar role.
- Minimum 4 years experience in litigation work.
- Proven track record of strong billing.
- Excellent people skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Strong organisational, time management, and IT skills.
