This could be compliments, concerns or complaints. Communication is a key skill and providing a professional and sensitive response to all contacts ensure calm and clear communication maintained.Contact can be via phone, letter or electronic so it is essential that good customer service and competent skills in Office packages and electronic communications.Experience in using electronic systems to input, monitor and progress complaints, concerns and compliments. Good time management skills are essential to ensure deadlines are adhered to.The post holder will be a point of contact with a wide range of services across the organisation and externally with third sector and Parliamentary and Health service Ombudsman. Knowledge of information governance procedures i.e. maintaining the confidentiality of information, storing information in the right place and making sure information is recorded clearly and accurately is essential.The post holder will be required to work flexibly, productively and co-operatively with colleagues and customers to deliver quality services.
