Product Sales Operations Coordinator - Monday to Friday - Castle DoningtonSpeedy are the UK’s leading hire provider with the widest range of tools, specialist hire equipment, plant and support services – everything for every job!An opportunity has arisen for aProduct Sales Operations Coordinatorto join our team.In this role you will support the Product Sales Operations manager to implement, monitor & develop all key functions related to product sales across the Speedy group.The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and driving sales within the business area.You will work closely with key business partners including the Depot / Area Managers, supply chain and category teamKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in the management of all stocked sales items for the business (To include CORE replenishment, welding, rail & customer specific profiles)Assist and support on the Management of the Castle Donington warehouse operationOperational management of all system processes relating to replenished sales products. To include product set up, purchase & sales costs, stock levels & all other set up processes related to the D365 system.Support the Ops manager in Management and review of all new & obsolete sales products – To include decision making in relation to product write off & new item introductionsSupport on of full business counting schedule (Including Lloyds British & Ireland)Ensure depot and network depots are stocked and basic data is managed correctly Support the Product Sales Ops manager in ensuring products have correct and accurate data to enable depots to sellGovernance of customer specific stocked profiles, to include implementation plans (Collaboration with Supply chain for a consolidated supplier range) EssentialAble to understand and interpret large volumes of data.Supply chain & commercial awarenessExperience in using D365 and MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, Access & PowerPoint)Speedy operates an industry leading Work Life Balance initiative, demonstrating our commitment to reducing core contracted hours, supporting colleague wellbeing, and identifying more balanced work patterns for our colleagues which is a huge step in realising our ambition of putting our People First.
