What you’ll do:
Oversee and manage 30 beverage vending machines across site, ensuring they are stocked and functioning. Ensure regular servicing is scheduled with servicing contractor, monitoring stock levels.
Working with the catering manager to ensure coffee beans, milk powder, hot chocolate etc are ordered in a timely fashion.
Checking photocopiers for stock levels and physically topping up paper levels (not toners and cartridges).
Schedule servicing for drinking water machines and organise contractor for repairs if necessary
Supporting and ensuring stock levels of stationary are maintained.
In down time, gardening/weeding and any other ad hoc duties as required
Have a close eye on Health & Safety practices, reporting issues as required
What you bring:
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are the key
A positive, energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
