We are currently looking for an HR and Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team at Stoll, situated in the heart of Fulham, London (with occasional visit to our other sites)!
As our HR and Payroll Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day HR and payroll activities at Stoll. Your responsibilities will include supporting the recruitment process, maintaining accurate HR records, overseeing payroll administration, and coordinating training and development activities. You'll ensure that the employee life cycle runs smoothly, while collaborating with various teams to deliver an exceptional service.
Hours of Work: Part Time, Fixed Term Contract, 21 hours per week.
Salary: �31,000 (FTE) + company benefits
HR and Payroll Officer Requirements:
* Experience of working in an administrative/finance role Experience/Ability to deliver excellent customer service Experience/Ability to work independently as well as in a diverse team
* Experience/Ability to be flexible and juggle different tasks coupled with highly developed planning skills
* Highly IT literate, with previous knowledge of HR databases, Office 365, Share Point and organisational systems
* A relevant Level 3 qualification e.g. NVQ3 in Administration, or one or more relevant GNVQs or A-levels, or equivalent post-16 qualification(s)
