1 st Line Support - 3-Month Contract - Hybrid - Liverpool
VIQU have partnered with a top accountancy firm who are seeking a 1 st Line Support contractor to provide some additional BAU support to their Service Desk.
The successful 1 st Line Support will have solid previous experience within IT Support, and will be providing both remote and onsite support in a Microsoft environment.
Key skills & responsibilities for the 1 st Line Support:
* 1 st Line / Service Desk Support - in a Windows / Microsoft environment:
* Windows 10
* Office 365
* Exchange
* Outlook
* MS Teams
* Active Directory
* Telephony support
* Triaging tickets and escalating to relevant teams where necessary
* Using ServiceNow ticketing system
* Mix of remote & deskside support - including working on a tech bar
* Good customer service skills
* Experience with iManage or Bomgar ( desirable)
Role details:
* Job role: 1 st Line Support
* Job type: Contract
* Duration: 3 months' contract with view to extend
* Rate: �140 - �160 per day
* Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday
* IR35 status: Inside IR35
* Location: Hybrid, one day per week in Liverpool
