Could you Shine as RA\'s next Marketing Manager? Here\'s what you need to know: Lead internal execution of Restaurant Associates marketing. To include seasonal activity calendar Oversee point of sale materials and B2C promotions Oversee menu matrix and digital marketing for our app-based software Time 2 Eat for Level 7 including implementation of tablets, kiosks and new operating models. On site digital marketing Work with the on site teams to create and implement marketing and communication on their platforms to promote offers and marketing activities across all areas.Support the regions with their marketing requirements and ideas and collateral for seasonal events and pop-upsSupport the hospitality team with their seasonal brochures and related marketing and communications.Drive consumer engagement and spend through loyalty/CRM to drive incremental spend. Track and measure the financial performance of all promotions and marketing activities across all areas.Work with Culinary teams to help create and implement insight-led food and beverage offers and supporting communications which engage and motivate consumers to increase revenue and participation.Drive measurement culture: bring market and consumer insight to deliver commercial advantage. Work with the retail team to select and promote range of food and drink brands as well as oversee allocations. Key Skills and Experience3 years’ experience in a similar roleStrong influencing and people development skillsTactical planning and delivery skills and experiencesStrategy development and deliveryA self-starter.
