Here\'s what you need to know before applying:Your key responsibilities will include:Processing and reconciling daily payment card banking from Restaurant, Bar & Reception and making corrections where necessary.Sales/Purchase LedgerInput of daily revenue figures and reconciliationsProducing and monitoring cost trackersIssuing of purchase ordersProcessing stock counts and producing flash documentsProducing Excel spreadsheets and word documentsNew supplier set-upsInvestigating and resolving financial queriesCompleting end of week requirementsOur ideal Finance Assistant will:Excellent knowledge of Microsoft OfficeNumerically mindedExcellent attention to detailBe self-motivated, a quick learner with a can-do attitude.Punctual and reliableHighly organised, with dedication to your work to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and that all daily/weekly/monthly deadlines are met.Good working knowledge of SAP and Opera systemsHotel Accounts/Administration experience would be advantageous.
