Business Development Executive - Part Time12 month FTC - Hybrid working 2 days on site per week€23,375 per annumAs a key member of the Inside Sales Team, you will report into the Head of Lead Generation, and be responsible for qualifying new business leads and setting first appointments to meet and exceed targets, contributing to the overall growth of Compass Group UK & Ireland’s growth. Responsibilities:Qualify new business leads based of our target lists from your Sales director using Sales Engagement software – Microsoft Dynamics. You will use emails, calling and Linkedin outreach to qualify leads along with other databases to qualify informationGenerating pre-tender appointments for your sales team from new business leads you have qualifiedUndertake research into new markets to scope out pipeline potential for your sales teamBuilding a Linkedin network for yourself and connecting with relevant prospects within the buying matrix for your opportunitiesIdentify opportunities for new sales collateral to be developed and sent across to prospects when working on specific opportunities and share these requests with your Inside Sales Marketing ManagerWork alongside Inside Sales Marketing to utilise Linkedin campaign data buying signals to further drive your new business lead qualifications and appointment settingAbout you:A desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a passion to learn and understand the sales funnel processYou’ll be entrepreneurial and passionate about the Compass brands you’ll be supportingTarget focused and confident at handling objections to achieve your goalsYou’ll possess commercial awareness, constantly seeking new opportunities to generate revenueEssential:1 years experience in a similar roleExcellent telephone manner and written communication skillsExperience working to KPI’sExperience using a CRM systemExperience using Microsoft office (Word/Powerpoint/Excel)
