A great new opportunity has just come up for a Senior Care Assistant (HCA) to join the staff bank at one of a selection of premium care homes in the Ferndown area, which will give you the option to pick up shifts as and when you want.

As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you'll be supporting the more advanced elements of clinical care (such as medication and care planning) and supervising more junior members of the team in delivering top-level residential, dementia and respite care.
Your help will ensure each resident gets the support they need even when there are absences, such as due to illness or annual leave.

Person specification:
* ( Essential ) Previous professional experience as a Care Assistant in an elderly care setting
* ( Essential ) Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
