As a Business Development Manager, your key objective will be to drive the sales of LabHQ, our top-tier SaaS LIMS software. You will identify potential clients, prospect leads through various channels, and tailor sales strategies to client needs. You will excel in client relationship management, presenting customised solutions, and negotiating contracts to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Hours of Work: Full-time, flexible working hours with the benefit of remote work and monthly visits to our Leeds office.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, ideally within a software, SaaS, or LIMS sales environment.
* Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Humanities Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of the technology and services industry.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adept at working independently with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
