Astute’s EPC Power team is partnering with a leading EPC Contractor within the UK Power Industry to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join their team at their head office in London.
The salary for the Administrative Assistant position is �26,000.
Key skills and responsibilities:
* Supports the formulation of new policies and procedures and monitors their appropriate implementation and compliance with company's approval paths at all levels.
* Provides administrative support in the running of the day-to-day activities at the office and the sites
* Overview and report on expatriate accommodation
* Overview and report on the vehicle fleet of the company
* Control, report and forecast travelling arrangements of the employees
* Organizes and coordinates meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities.
* Handles official documentation, e.g. submission of official letters to authorities.
* Review and handle contracts of administrative nature and the related invoices
* Supervises the office filing system.
* Ad hoc projects of administrative/HR nature

* Central London
* �26,000 salary
* July 2024 start date
