Are you passionate about customer service? Do you thrive in a leadership role? Are you ready to make a tangible impact in a dynamic team? We are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our bustling team at our Andover Head Office!

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be accountable for all customer service activities to maintain and expand our business. This involves ensuring our customers receive exceptional service, increasing our sales invoice values, and boosting the team's overall productivity and morale. You'll be responsible for customer care, adherence to ISO procedures, accurate sales order processing, handling customer complaints effectively, and much more. Additionally, you'll manage and motivate a team of 5-6 Customer Service professionals, ensuring they are well-trained and productive.

Hours of Work: Full-time, permanent position - details to be discussed during the interview.

Customer Service Manager Requirements:

* Extensive and current knowledge of the UK construction industry.
* Proven experience in leading and managing teams with excellent people management skills.
* Demonstrated ability in effective sales negotiation and building strong customer relationships.
* Excellent conflict resolution skills and adeptness in handling customer complaints.
* Prior experience in operating within an SPE team.
