As an Operations Warehouse Manager, you will be at the heart of our warehouse operations. You'll manage team resources, oversee order and inventory systems, and uphold high standards of housekeeping. Health and Safety will be a priority, and you'll be responsible for the safe and effective loading of company vehicles. You'll collaborate with the Group Operations Manager to coordinate inventory management activities and continually enhance operational processes.
Hours of Work: Full-time
Operations Warehouse Manager Requirements:
* Minimum 12 months experience in a similar operations role.
* Proven track record of improving operational metrics such as cost, materials handling, and delivery accuracy.
* Demonstrable experience in staff management with strong people management skills.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with a talent for motivation and team building.
