Opportunity to join the Entegra UK&I Procurement Team. As a Supplier Relationship Manager at Entegra, you will join the Procurement Team, working alongside category experts to develop and manage manufacturer partnerships across Food, Beverage and Indirect categories. The role will require you to bring these partnerships to life and use influence and effective communication skills to drive activity in the client base. Seeking out NPD, innovation and sustainable products and solutions will form a large part of the role. You will actively work with the Sodexo Supply Chain teams to drive synergy opportunities and strengthen relationships. Originally founded in 1993 as PSL in the UK, Entegra is a leading global purchasing organisation (GPO) and subsidiary of Sodexo; specializing in providing procurement solutions for the hospitality industry, including in the UK; providing advice, operational support, digital tools and corporate social responsibility. The business operates in 3 regions; the UK, Continental Europe and North America and Canada. The development of Entegra across the world is a key strategic goal of Sodexo Group. The Ideal Candidate: ▪ Proven experience in category management ▪ Experience developing innovative ways of working with an ability to challenge to the status quo ▪ CIPS qualified or equivalent ▪ Proven-track records in contract negotiation ▪ Financial acumen, ability to achieve results with strong commercial awareness ▪ Leadership and management of category and associated initiatives ▪ Capable of influencing stakeholders internally and externally ▪ Strong presentation skills both verbally and written ▪ Team player with excellent communication skills Role Responsibility ▪ Category management of the assigned manufacturer and brand partners ▪ Driving strategy, efficiency and commercial competitiveness for the UK&I through manufacturers and brand partnerships ▪ Work with Sodexo supply management teams to implement local and global agreement to the UK & I ▪ Support brand activation in client base ▪ Seek out new partners across Food, Beverage and Indirects ▪ Grow stakeholder understanding of manufacturer and brand partnerships ▪ Identify opportunities to secure incremental and new growth to EntegraEntegra is committed to providing equity of opportunity, with a workplace culture that values the huge potential that a truly diverse workforce brings.
