You will handle cash and card payments efficiently, using advanced ticket vending machines. You will also be adept at managing difficult situations calmly and ensuring the station remains safe by identifying and reporting any safety concerns. Ultimately, you will deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer has a pleasant experience.
Hours of Work: Full-time, permanent basis - shift patterns will include weekends, early starts, and late finishes.
