You will also manage the student voice, support enrolment processes, handle academic enquiries, and contribute to examination processes. The College Services Officer is pivotal in maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Hours of Work: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
College Services Officer Requirements:
* Degree or 2 years relevant work experience
* Experience in a busy customer-orientated environment
