What is the job role?Earlsdon Primary School is a friendly, successful two form entry school with polite, friendly, hardworking children and a supportive staff team.
From September 2024 Governors wish to recruit a Senior Lunchtime Supervisor who will, under the direction of the Headteacher, Deputy Head and SBM and in close co-operation with the Catering Manager and staff, be responsible for the supervision of a team of Supervisory Assistants, whilst undertaking the normal duties of a Supervisory Assistant themselves.
Who are we looking for?The successful candidate will have the following essential criteria:
• Experience of working with or supervising primary aged children (5-11 year olds).
• Experience of team work and team supervision
• Experience of following set procedures and policies
In addition, the following attributes are desirable:
• Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to undertake training
• Paediatric First Aid qualification
• Previous experience of working within a primary school setting.
