Requirements
- Proven experience as a cook or relevant role
- Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals following a menu and dietary guidelines
- Ensure all food is prepared to high standards of quality and hygiene
- Manage food stock and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and serving staff
- Adapt to dietary requirements and preferences of our diverse clientele
- Assist in planning and developing new menu items
