Hours:35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a fixed term contract until July 2025, flexible and hybrid working can be considered - however an onsite presence is required at our Head Office once a week.Salary:£27,000 Per AnnumClosing Date:Mon, 15 Jul 2024The salary for this role is up to £27,000 dependent on skills and experienceThe role sits within the Money side of the business, specifically in the Financial Advice Proposition Team. You’ll be part of a sub-team who delivers a premium service for our existing Financial Advice customers - from their first contact with colleagues in Financial Advice, throughout their advice journey, and support the delivery of our ongoing service to our Financial Advice customers.The wider team holds a variety of roles that cover technical training, advice policy and regulatory requirements all related to our Financial Advice proposition.Who Are We?Not just another building society. there is high quality and attention to detail in everything produced, and ensure we deliver items as per our agreed Terms & Conditions with customersBe involved in the integrity of customer data by reviewing each data set to ensure it meets requirements and is fit for useYou will also help support project deliverables where required to ensure pilots run smoothly and the team can react quickly to new initiativesYou’ll work closely with third party suppliers such as mailing houses and creative agencies, along with Skipton’s in-house Studio and Content team, Automation Team, FA Premier Service Team, Advisers, FPCs, and Technical specialists, among many others.What Do We Need From You?Meticulous attention to detailProduce clear and thoughtful briefingsAbility to organise and prioritise own workloadAdhere to tight and sometimes changing deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including proof checkingExcel skillsetMarketing/Comms related skills would be beneficialPrevious experience is not necessary but would be advantageous
