If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a First Year Human Resource Management Academic Sessional Lecturer to join our dynamic team in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. The initial contract will be a short term cover (4 weeks) with a potential for more hours in subsequent semesters.

As First Year Human Resource Management Academic Sessional Lecturer, you will teach on our First Year HRM module, at 4 hours per week. As a Lecturer, you will contribute to the design, development, and production of teaching materials and delivery across a range of modules.

Hours of Work: 4 hours per week

Salary: �24.90 to �41.79per/hour depending on your qualification and teaching experience

Foundation Law Academic Sessional Lecturer Requirements:

* Minimum Master's degree in a relevant subject
* Teaching and assessment experience in UK higher or further education
* Teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards completion, with experience of working with international students
* Commitment to and understanding of the development of students of diverse backgrounds.
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work flexibly and adaptably to meet the changing needs of the organisation
* Understand equal opportunity issues as they may impact on academic content and issues relating to student needs

Desirable experience required:

* PhD or Professional Doctorate in a relevant subject
* Experience in curriculum design
* Network with relevant employers and industry sector related to the specialism
