In a Nutshell
We are actively seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to help create happiness in amazing places by ensuring our guests receive a rapturous welcome whilst enjoying our dining experiences. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner are served at our guest’s convenience, whether formally in the hotel, or alfresco on the terrace, or picnic in the grounds.

Main ResponsibilitiesLots to do but lots of fun
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for Mise-en-Place ensuring that restaurants have sufficient quantities of cutlery and crockery for service and making sure the restaurant is prepared to entertain our guests. During the course of service you will support and assist the restaurant team with the delivery of food from the kitchen to the appropriate section.

The ability to work under pressure and to multiple request from our guests
Possess a strong understanding of the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment
Ability to deal with the pressure meeting deadlines to deliver service
Flexibility to work hours as required by the departments
Own transportation to work
