We are working with an ambitious, entrepreneurial and growing Life insurance company that is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their London office. Applications from suitably qualified candidates are also welcome for the company’s office in Swansea.
Specifically, they are interested in speaking to candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the Insurance Industry, who are looking to join a dynamic organisation offering genuine prospects for future career development and promotion.
Responsibilities / Skills required include:
• Manage stakeholder relations / reporting with re/insurer.
• FCA / GDPR / ICO / Prudential / AML skills required.
• Core understanding of Consumer Duty / Complaints / Vulnerable customers.
• Direct oversight of sales agents / advisors / customer services.
• Able to manage HR elements of Compliance.
• Insurance product guidelines / T&C’s drafting & oversite
It should be noted that this is a predominantly office based position with some single day travel between the company’s offices if required.
