We’re hiring for Support Workers in Longwell Green   Do you enjoy working as part of a team? Could you help someone to live a full life?    As a support work in one of our residential care homes, you’ll build relationships with the people we support and their families. Enabling them to overcome barriers, while developing and building their confidence and self-esteem.  The support you’ll provide will be centred around each person’s values, preferences and needs which could include developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care and medication needs.   No experience is needed. Your skills and life experience could be a great match for this role.
