The Ideal CandidateWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team, showcasing a significant demonstrable experience in people data and systems management within a high performing, fast paced People/HR team.

You will possess hands-on experience managing HRIS systems (ideally Cascade), and a solid history of championing the full lifecycle of new system implementations, from conceptualisation to vendor engagements, process structuring, and seamless integration into business operations.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adept at data extraction, dynamic report generation, and proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel. A knowledge base that extends to Power BI would be highly advantageous for this role.

If you can envision the bigger picture while seamlessly collaborating within a team and autonomously driving impactful contributions to our P&C Ops function, this role is tailored for you.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel you do not match 100% of the technical requirements.  We celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity and strive to create a work environment which ensures everyone can be heard.
