We are looking for a Housing Sustainment Officer to support vulnerable tenants to maintain their tenancies.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide advice to tenants on services available to them
- Complete visits to properties to ensure vulnerable residents are supported
- Resolve issues relating to the sustainability of their tenancy
- Identify those who may struggle with keeping their tenancy in a suitable condition
Candidate requirements:
- Experience of previously supporting vulnerable residents with a Local Authority or Housing Association
