Leading by example, you'll ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety, and company policies, actively monitoring equipment and food service quality. Your role also involves motivating and managing the catering team, driving margins by adhering to prescribed recipes and innovating food services to delight our clients. Implementing marketing initiatives and maintaining high levels of customer service and engagement through proactive floor presence during service times are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you'll conduct regular audits of catering compliance, manage equipment maintenance, and ensure the safety and security of all operations.
