Our 25-bed residential home, nestled in the picturesque fields of Dorset, is a hub of adventure and vitality. With a variety of animals including cats, dogs, horses, chickens, and rabbits, we pride ourselves on our outdoorsy spirit. Luckily, we have an Activities Coordinator dedicated to organising tailored, person-centred activities each day for our supported individuals.

About youAlthough it would be beneficial to have some experience of healthcare work, it isn’t absolutely necessary as we provide full training. As long as you’re passionate, hard-working and empathetic, you’ll fit right in.
