Electrical SupervisorLocation: 310 Broadway, Salford, Manchester. (Hybrid), with occasional travel to sites.Salary: £30,000Mon-Fri (40 Hours) Sodexo have an excellent new opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our team working in Salford, Manchester. You will play a crucial role in providing effective financial and administrative support to the National Account Manager, Finance Manager, and all site operational teams, enabling them to focus on their core competencies. The role will focus on managing several processes crucial to the accurate allocation of costs, revenues, processing monthly payroll, and month-end financial reporting for the 2SFG contract. Additionally, to support the National Account Manager and Finance Manager in delivering Catering and allied services with a flexible approach that can adapt to all aspects of operational service delivery.  Responsibilities include managing and operating the weekly and month-end onsite Eprophit process for all sites, liaising proactively with Unit Managers for excel reporting sheets, administering UDC Payroll and Billing, and developing/maintaining effective financial processes across the 2SFG contract nationally. Other duties encompass assisting with monthly reporting packs, developing performance reporting, handling ad hoc requests for contract information, occasional site visits for data verification, and ensuring adherence to commercial clauses of the contract.  The role demands a high level of accuracy in UDC Payroll, Eprophit, and UDC Billing, with no invoicing errors impacting cash flow and reports distributed accurately and promptly.
