We are currently looking for an experienced Key Account Co-ordinator to join our friendly team in Wolverhampton.

Main ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Key Account Co-ordinator you will be responsible for:


To be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with a portfolio of key account customers
Work alongside the Key Account Managers to develop, manage and maintain these relationships
Responsible for quote generation and order processing for your portfolio of accounts which will also include first line complaint and dispute handling.
Provide customers will exceptional, best in class customer service

The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for the role of Key Account Co-ordinator will have experience of:


Proven track record in a Customer Service environment
Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
Customer focused
Clear and concise communication
Target Driven
Able to build relationships and trust by providing solutions
Effective use of questioning and listening to establish customer needs
