Key Responsibilities:Proactively monitoring all CCTV, safety systems and access systems.Advanced computer skills and proficiencyExcellent verbal and communication skillsExceptionally customer focused and able to deliver excellence service levels.Monitor and respond to incidents on site appropriately.Maintaining various records of communications and eventsAccurate asset control of all equipment such as radios or keys ensuring they are signed out and returned by Security or other parties.Informing the relevant Management / Supervisor of any missing, damaged, or inoperative equipment or communications, alarm, CCTV, or other systems.Self-motivated and able to work under little to no direct supervisionAbility to work in a team environmentStrong decision-making ability during both crisis and non-crisis situationsAble to work with highly confidential informationMust be able to speak clearly, give direction, and provide guidance to employees and security staff during emergenciesAble to work and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.Work closely with the management team to achieve site objectives.Proactively follow up and track all inbound and outbound communication.Demonstrate and assist with effective shift handoverIn addition to the above duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other tasks as assigned by their Manager.Have excellent communication and IT skillsBe proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applicationsProactive in keeping up to date records and following instructionsAbility to multitask on an hourly basisAware and due diligent in GDPR practicesDelivering the highest levels of customer service, consistently demonstrating the core values of First Response Group.This Security Officer role is for candidates with an SIA Door Supervisor Licence and previous experience in a similar environment as a Security Officer or Security Guard.
