Hunter MH is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Health Visitor to join a fantastic team in Fulham. You will play a vital role in delivering the Healthy Child Programme, providing vital support and guidance to families with children from 0-5 years old.

Job Details:

* What: Health Visitor (SCPHN)
* Where: Fulham.
* When: ASAP
* PAY: �27-�29 per hour.
* Type: Full time and Part Time.

What you'll do:

* Deliver the 5 mandated Healthy Child Programme checks.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's physical, emotional, and social development.
* Provide expert advice and support to families on a range of issues, including breastfeeding, child development, nutrition, and parenting.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and community services to ensure seamless care for families.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the 0-19 service.

Requirements:

* A registered nurse with a Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN) qualification.
* Driver
* Resident of the UK and have right to work.
* Experienced Health Visitor with NHS experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for working with children and families.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality care.
