Sirona Medical are recruiting a Senior Social Worker for Duty and Assessment in a Local Authority in West Midlands.

Job Role: This particular role is based within West Midlands. Social workers will join the authorities patch-based assessment teams, taking cases from the initial contact team to complete both S17 and S47 assessments to closure, step down or transfer to the safeguarding teams. You will be supported by and working with a fully permanent management group in teams where the culture of ‘team’ being a supportive learning environment is embedded with regular supervision, manageable caseloads and regular team meetings as well as a comprehensive training offer in partnership with the social work academy.
Sirona Medical will be providing the Senior Social Worker on an agency contract.
This is a full time agency post 37 hours per week.
As a Social Worker, you must have a degree in Social Work, experience in working in children frontline teams undertaking section 17 and section 47, Social Work England Registation.
