Sodexo are on the look out for a Front Of House Assistant in Cambridge CB2 0BA If you are a friendly and organised individual who could be the face of our prestigious corporate site and you are a master multi tasker, then we want to hear from you! Join us to create a positive first impression to our clients and visitors and be the heartbeat of our front desk!
What you’ll do:
Act as an “Oracle” for all the services, products in the building.
Support positive relationships with key client stakeholders and colleagues
Ensuring that self, colleagues, and guests are working within a safe environment. That any unsafe practices are raised to appropriate members of the team to rectify
To ensure that the site rules are enforced
Compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
Be the go-to person to providing information and assistance
What you bring:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in handling multi line phone systems
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
A hands on approach
