We are looking for an individual to lead the Customer Experience at a Local Authority. This role will focus on ensuring the excellent delivery of customer service across the boroughs different departments.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring customers can receive information quickly and efficiently whether that be through face-to-face interactions or via telephone or email
- Developing strategies to ensure all customers have access to services, including those who may need further assistance
- Assisting with developing the councils online services to encourage greater use
Candidate requirements:
- Experience of completing digital transformation projects
- Experience of working with a Local Authority
