We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate chef de partie to join an incredible kitchen team with great progression to step up!
You must have:
Proven working experience as a Chef de Partie
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
NVQ Level 1/2/3 Professional Cookery/Patisserie or equivalent
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Job Duties:
Prepare all food items as directed in an effective and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
Salary: £30.000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Monday - Friday 37 Hours Per Week - with Live - in
