This magnificent Rosette Hotel property in the stunning Countryside are looking for a hard working and enthusiastic Pastry Chef De Partie to join their talented Kitchen Team.

You will be expected to produce meals to meet the high standards for which the hotel is known for. The hotel also provides catering for conferences and weddings; as a result applicants to this position should be experienced in fine dining. This role will involve taking control of the pastry section of the kitchen and assisting the more senior chefs when required as well as aiding the development of the junior chefs.

This is a great opportunity for any Pastry Chef De Partie looking to progress and further their career in an award winning establishment with a fantastic team.

Requirements for this Pastry Chef De Partie position:-

NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
Food Hygiene Certifications
Good written and spoken English
A flexible attitude
Restaurant or Hotel Background
Good Communication skills
Good Team Player
A real passion for the Industry & and eye for detail
Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
