An opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Office Manager to join a specialist insurance firm in the heart of the City of London.

Reviewing and arranging office-related contracts is an essential part of this position and candidates wishing to apply MUST be able to demonstrate extensive experience in this task, without the need to refer upwards or externally for agreement.

This role is the central point of contact for all office-related incidents and service requests and it will be your responsibility to manage the office (housing c70 people) effectively & efficiently and ensure that all legal requirements, local policies and procedures are adhered to (including relevant HSE requirements).

Experience gained to date will ideally have been within a similar corporate environment and strong knowledge of Contract Management and the Tendering Process is essential
